Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

The short version. The tools on SuiteWebTools run in your browser, so what you type or upload into them stays on your device. We don't require an account, and we don't sell personal information. If we show ads, Google and its partners may use cookies to choose them, and you can control that.

1. Information you enter into the tools

Calculations, conversions, text formatting and image resizing happen on your own device. The text, numbers and files you put into a tool are not sent to our servers or stored by us. Closing the page clears them.

2. Information you send us

When you use the suggestion box or the contact form, we receive your message and, if you give it, your email address. These forms are handled for us by Formspree (formspree.io), which delivers the message to our inbox. We use what you send only to read it, reply, and improve the site. We keep messages for as long as they're useful for that purpose, and we delete them on request.

3. Information collected automatically

  • Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
  • Code libraries. Some tools load open-source code from public content networks (cdnjs, jsDelivr and the SheetJS CDN). Your browser connects to those services directly, so they can see your IP address and browser details.
  • No analytics. We don't currently use analytics or visitor-tracking tools. If we add any, this policy will be updated first.

4. Cookies and advertising

Advertising on SuiteWebTools is served by Google AdSense and helps keep the tools free.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
  • To learn more, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
  • Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland will see a consent message before personalized ads or advertising cookies are used, and can change their choice at any time.

The site itself sets no cookies of its own.

5. Your choices

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The tools keep working without them.
  • Use the opt-out links above to turn off personalized ads. You may still see ads that aren't based on your browsing.
  • Leave the email field blank on our forms if you don't need a reply.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Since the only personal information we hold is what you send through our forms, email rs@suitewebtools.com and we'll handle your request. Residents of the EEA, UK and some US states have additional rights under local law, such as the GDPR and the CCPA. SuiteWebTools is operated from the Dominican Republic, where Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data (2013) gives you the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your personal data, free of charge.

7. Children

SuiteWebTools is a general-audience site and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
